```Duties```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest service. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and requests
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room availability
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
