The Assistant Manager is a key part of the Management Team delivering Hospitality, Quality & Cleanliness with high standards the “Freddy’s Way” every day. Lead role in managing costs, team scheduling, building relationships with guests, handling guest issues promptly & professionally. Serves as a model of Hospitality & Leadership to Team Members.

You’ll be part of a team delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items for our guests coupled with a unique mix of fun, great food and exceptional hospitality. Duties may include welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing frozen custard treats or other menu offerings and ensuring each tasty item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile.

Requirements

Must have prior restaurant experience. Strong communications skills. Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights and weekends. Experience in the following areas is preferred, but not required: financial statements, inventory, scheduling, and guest relations.
