About the Position

JRBT is seeking a full-time Administrative Director of Assurance Operations to support the administrative operations of the Assurance Department. Someone successful in this position will be highly motivated and be an effective communicator with exceptional customer service skills. This individual must possess the ability to be detail focused while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate must be able to work at a steady and even pace within well-defined processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and issuing reports, proposals, and other client communications
  • Assisting audit and consulting teams with special tasks on a daily basis
  • Maintaining administrative files/databases
  • Mailing confidential and non-confidential client documents
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Answering client calls
  • Receiving and sending correspondence by mail, e-mail, and fax
  • Maintaining audit copier and workroom area
  • Other duties as required or needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Ability to communicate in a factual, polite, and professional manner
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with and ability to learn various software programs, databases, file systems, etc.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor by being respectful to internal and external clients
  • Ability to complete highly precise work with a strong attention to detail
  • Understand and demonstrate the importance of double-checking work to ensure accuracy
  • Works at a steady, even pace with well-defined processes and procedures

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an office environment performing administrative assistant duties

Job Details:

This position is onsite, non-exempt.

Core hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
