We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. Must have logistics experience the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including purchasing, filing paperwork, data entry and organizing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Organize and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Office Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
