Job Summary:

Come and be a part of our rapidly growing team. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Objectives of This Role

• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction as the primary goal- by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse team and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining equipment handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, check-in/check-out procedures, and transportation/ trucking methods.
• Train and manage the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing pickup and drop off of all cross-rented gear and rented vehicles.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations. Ensure the safety of the team and gear at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and overall productivity, while minimizing costs to the company. This includes but is not limited to pulling/prepping gear for shows, inspect and QC gear upon return, and quarantining any damaged gear.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse operations, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and company vehicles, and oversee general maintenance/repairs/replacement of gear when necessary.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in work schedule and workload.
• Meet regularly with operations management to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for minimizing gear loss and/or damages.
• Notify management when additional staff is needed, as well as arrange for all labor needed to complete warehouse responsibilities in a proper and timely manner.
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to show sites and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment in designated areas.
• Manage all pickup and drop off of all cross-rented gear and rented vehicles.
• Assist on show sites as needed.
• Additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be willing to work an irregular schedule, including nights, weekends and long hours depending on business demands.
• Ability to manage one’s own time, workload, and prioritization to be able to self-manage standard day-to-day job fulfillment.
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Technical ability to set up, direct, and problem-solve to complete the setup of AV systems per company standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
