```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, team management, and inventory control. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and process improvement. ```Duties:``` - Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and accuracy - Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency - Monitor and analyze warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory role preferred - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling - Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows - Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus - Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for process improvement and team management, we encourage you to apply for the position of Warehouse Supervisor.
