As a Product Manager for the Product, Experience, and Technology (PXT) Reporting and Insights Product team you will help make data discoverable and available for analytical and reporting needs. You will help guide, influence, monitor, track, and report on product development strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and provide routine and executive-level status updates to your product team and stakeholders using best practice agile methods (i.e., JIRA, JIRA Align) and professional summary presentations. You will collaborate with your product team members, technology, engineering, and design partners using both existing and cutting-edge software solutions helping to guide and steer a new reporting product to be used by Product, Experience, Technology Finance & Business Management teams to answer routine and complex financial/business questions. You will demonstrate your proven experience in Product, Scorecard or Technology management and will have extensive experience managing development and delivery of new tools and solutions using cloud-based tools (i.e., AWS, Databricks and ThoughtSpot). Job Responsibilities Executes on product development strategy and outcomes for one area product with funding, complexity/dependency, risk/compliance and internal/external customer experience impact Executes on area roadmaps aligned to overall Product vision using careful analysis of customer needs, competitive intelligence, data/analytics, firm's capabilities and financials Partners on software product development and tech build to create quality and scalable features/solutions including contributing to team through the writing of user stories Executes area product workflow through JIRA. Prioritizes and sequences backlog considering audit/controls, data landscape, data center migration, resiliency, etc., coordination of release dates and is responsible for area backlog and health as part of overall product. Solid understanding of underlying technology that drives product. This includes ownership for tech assets needed for product development (full view expectation to help drive end-to-end ownership and the assumption of the tech debt that builds up over time based on decision making) Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional product and area product leads. Engages and leverages key product group partners (Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics etc.) early enough and often in the area product development strategy and provides access to customers to deliver value Stakeholder management, roadmap planning, priority setting Builds and maintains strong connections to product partners on meeting dept./functional product development objectives, including executives, business teams, and internal customersRequired qualifications: 7 years of broad product management, business management and operational roles Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance MIS, or related field Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives using expert-level program/product/function management skillset Experience in managing complex processes leveraging complex data and models Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels - team members, peers, business partners and senior management Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization Ability and comfortable with presenting to senior leadersPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Demonstrated senior leadership in terms of attitude, initiative, and inclusivity Agile backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence) Certification as Scrum Master or similar project management certificationsRequired Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) Team playerFor this particular role, we are unable to sponsor any type of work visa including but not limited to H1B, H4 - EAD, OPT, TN, or L visasCandidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH or New York, NY offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week.
