JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a HR Product Delivery Manager, Vice President Near Columbus, OH

As a Product Delivery Manager in Pay & Time, you will be responsible for gathering feature requests, documenting requirements, establish business processes, and educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the design. As well as, partnering with the Pay & Time product leads to ensure deliverables are coordinated across teams.

Job responsibilities 

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Partner closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and enhancement requests
  • Drive operational excellence, helping to create a world-class product
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure requirements are compliant and documented properly.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements 

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Experience with Oracle HCM pay and time platforms
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across teams.

  • Problem solvingproblem identification and reasoning skills. Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to innovate and improve processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills(ex. root cause analysis).
