As a Client Service Analyst in the service management department, you will conduct research and analysis in order to respond to internal/external transactional clients inquiries and come up with solution to operational/ transactional inquiries, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency. You will also assist the team in acting as the client advocate and drive internal coordination by Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver service excellence. The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers in their day to day treasury operations and support the Client Service Account Managers in the transactional requirements of their portfolio.
