The Employee Conduct Analytics Team is responsible for measuring risk and monitoring of the Employee Compliance (EC) space. The team’s focus is to create and measure effective monitoring by leveraging statistics, technology, and business knowledge to develop solutions. You will drive technological innovation by bridging the gaps between business needs and technology capabilities to establish standard measurements and risk based decision making. This role encompasses is a hybrid of project management, analysis, and Employee Compliance knowledge.

Job responsibilities:

• Partner with teams and drive the planning of initiatives, creation of standard metrics or thresholds, which can be applied across all Employee Compliance and Conduct Risk frameworks 
• Provide clear advice on the application of Compliance requirements provide risk-based solutions to complex business issues / initiatives across the product range for the lines of business.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Employee Compliance operations; communicate with Team Leads, LOB Managers, and senior executives. 
• Liaise with technology teams and other project managers to contribute to process improvements by gathering and communicating business requirements
• Identify, document and track process issues/risks and remediation plans

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Prior experience on a Compliance team or any other similar function
• In-depth knowledge of one or more Employee Compliance functions 
• Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Proven ability to make sound decisions, including escalation when appropriate, in regard to compliance risk or data concepts
• Showcase ability to communicate with all levels of employees in the firm; from peers to senior managers and executives.
• Excellent communication skills especially the ability to articulate complex issues to a range of audiences, including business management, other Compliance, Legal and control colleagues, as well as Audit 
• Demonstrated flexibility including willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server preferred
