As a Business Analysis Associate II in Consumer Feedback, Communications and Governance (CFCG) Quality Center of Excellence (COE) will play a key role in managing the strategic initiatives. As an integral part of the Quality COE team, this role will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project success, and contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic project initiatives from conception to completion, develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals
• Understand and represent business requirements for client and operations business owners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to motivate project successes and timely deliveries
• Generate regular project status reports, executive summaries, meeting minutes, and action items 
• Perform impact analyses for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will be required to undergo technical or operational process changes
• Document end-to-end process flows, including client interactions and operations changes
• Motivate progress on tasks and actions through regular status meetings with business partners
• Monitor and report project progress to executive leadership
• Escalate deliverable delays and document “path to Green status”
• Conduct walk through and product overview/process change sessions to update stakeholders and user groups
• Foster a culture of inclusion, focused on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• Proven experience in project management at an associate level
• Able to learn the technical and operational aspects of CFCG
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in a clear and action oriented manner
• Ability to create executive presentations, project status scorecard for senior management, stakeholders and team members
• Experience working with cross functional teams from Operations, Technology, and Product
• Able to build relationships at a very senior level and with cross functional key business partners
• Strong ability to influence others and motivate desired outcomes
• Able to multi task and prioritize, with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Able to develop metrics designed to measure project/program successes
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft product suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, Word)
