JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Vice President, Talent Effectiveness Near Westerville, OH

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Service Centers are responsible for delivering world-class service in order satisfy and empower Chase Wealth Management Clients and Advisors, as well as assist other internal partners like J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities.

The Talent Development Team works across multiple functional groups to create careers and new capabilities for our people to better serve our Clients. Talent Development is at the heart of our culture of creating an inclusive, empowered, and engaged team of professionals that care about each other and every Client we serve.

As Vice President of Talent Effectiveness and a member of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Service & Administration, Talent Development Team, you will be responsible for leading collaborative work with the other members of the Leadership |Management Development Team towards the design, production, and facilitation of interactive leadership development training content. The primary responsibilities will also include managing the work of teammates who are tasked with handling training development requests and the logistics of implementing training solutions. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and facilitating training content for large-audience special events and enterprise-wide Talent initiatives
  • Developing and facilitating coaching & development workshops
  • Maintaining and facilitating New Hire Leader/Manager Training
  • Continuously perform needs analysis of new leadership development training programs
  • Coach and mentor other members of the our Service & Administration business
  • Periodically refreshing content library for currency & effectiveness
  • Working with business leaders and partners to forecast future training needs
  • Managing logistics of training facilitations
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint sites for Training Request Intake, Training Calendar, and document storage
  • Perform other job-related duties as they emerge and are assigned
  • Some travel may be required to support facilitation 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with learning industry tools & software to build interactive and robust courses in a variety of formats including virtual, e-learning, telepresence, and classroom
  • Skilled at using multi-media (storyboards, graphics, audio and video files, interactivity, and animations) to construct courseware
  • Adept at managing logistics of pre- and post-training implementation: course scheduling, facility reservation, electronic invitations, roster management, post-event survey/feedback 
  • Strength in collaborating with internal teams & key contributors 
  • 5-year minimum management & leadership experience and 4-year minimum brokerage industry experience
  • Financial-industry experience: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations
  • Able to measure and evaluate participant’s understanding, ability and skill in classroom & web learning environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Additional experience with industry registrations, advanced licenses, or professional designations and credentials 
  • Proficiency with course development software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
  • Prior experience in media editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition
  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint site creation

Some travel may be required to support facilitation
