Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in 3-statement financial modeling, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategic Financial Direction:

  • Provide GAAP based expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support analysis for the development and execution of financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Direct the preparation of financial model/forecast, help in budgeting process, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to ensure the attainment of financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including GAAP standards for financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to make informed financial decisions, improve efficicency, reduce overhead costs, and drive business growth.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties as assigned by management.

Education, Work Experience, and Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree beneficial).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, preferably with some experience in real estate development and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Workday Financial and Adaptive a plus.
