**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
**Skills**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency with computerized systems and office software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Experience in a law office or as a legal receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk procedures and customer service best practices
