Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: - Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls and messages - Coordinate and manage human resources functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records - Assist with calendar management for executives and schedule appointments as needed - Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner - Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination, including meetings, conferences, and company events - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary - Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls or messages to appropriate individuals - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in an office management role or similar position preferred - Proficient in using various office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience in schedule management is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
