Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: - Schedule management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the office staff - Event planning: Organize and execute company events, including team building activities, conferences, and celebrations - Payroll: Process employee timesheets, calculate hours worked, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing - File management: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports - Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders - Organizational support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining inventory - Clerical duties: Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing - Supervising: Provide guidance and support to administrative staff as needed - Phone etiquette: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
