Job Summary

The Workforce Pipeline Coordinator helps assure a robust pipeline of future Josselyn employees by coordinating recruiting, onboarding, engagement and HR relationship management with Camp Neeka staff, clinical interns and fellows, and BIPOC and Schreiber Scholars. With a strong customer service orientation, the Coordinator seeks to ensure that personnel in those programs feel prepared, welcomed, and supported throughout their experience such that they will desire long-term employment at Josselyn.

Essential Responsibilities and Metrics

Recruiting

  • Interacts with schools and other institutions to generate interest in Camp Neeka, intern, fellow, and scholar positions
  • Facilitates application process (e.g., posts positions on Breezy, sends notice to all staff for scholarships)
  • Answers candidate questions, with information provided by program directors
  • Coordinates interviews for the program leaders who are involved in the interview process
  • Conducts interviews as needed
  • Coordinates hiring/internship fairs when necessary for the programs
  • Tracks candidates and their stage in the recruiting process
  • Extends offers and leverages program leaders in selling efforts

Relationship management

  • Coordinates Orientation and conducts HR-related portions of Orientation as required
  • Organizes engagement activities (panels, coffees) during the programs to enhance connection and drive interest in full-time employment
  • Ensures program supervisors have the documentation they need from HR and interns’ school to successfully execute their duties
  • Helps participants obtain general Josselyn information and access resources throughout their programs

Administration

  • Collects all needed documentation and serves as the primary administrative point person for new personnel prior to start dates
  • Handles paperwork and logistics for onboarding, during program, and offboarding
  • Manages upkeep of the Josselyn Personnel List (interns, Camp Neeka Counselors, etc.)
  • Coordinates with other departments and outside vendors as needed to support program participants (facilities, finance, technology, credentialing, etc.)
  • Manages scholar payments and tracks status

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Self-starter who is able to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1-2 years of HR or relationship management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-departmental setting
