Job Summary:
The Clinical Operations specialist is responsible for providing support to the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations
Essential Responsibilities and Metrics:
- Assist Sr. Director of Clinical Operations to ensure that workflow processes are efficient and manualized
- Maintain updated clinical forms to meet current Josselyn standards
- Take and track Clinical Meeting Minutes
- Support CEU Program Coordinator with administrative tasks
- Provide Clinical Specialty survey to all incoming personnel
- Create Docusign/JotForm accounts to all incoming personnel
- Provide Docusign Account/JotForm training to all incoming personnel
- Schedule bi-weekly Lunch & Learns provided to all clinicians
- Complete other administrative tasks are requested
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years of previous health care experience
- BA/BS Preferred
