Jones Property Management & Realty, Inc. is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Salisbury, NC
Preferred 5 years' experience in general maintenance. Maintenance would be within the Rowan-Cabarrus-Gaston areas. Must have a valid driver's license. Drug test required. Background check required. Transportation required; truck and tools needed. Car allowance provided. Maintenance will include general plumbing (toilets, faucet, disposals), water heater installs, auguring drain lines (we supply an auger), troubleshooting leaks and other household concerns, installation of appliances (occasional), basic household electric (ceiling fans, outlets, lighting), some carpentry (deck boards, railings, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- preferred: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
