Jones Networking is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to join a growing Residential Property Management Team in Arlington, VA. Maintenance Technician Position Summary:

-Perform preventative maintenance and repair of all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting in tenant units as well as building

-Assess maintenance needs, determining appropriate service required for resolution

-Manage service requests and coordinate with team members to resolve them

-Assist with apartment turnovers based on vacancy schedule

-Track usage of supplies and notify inventory manager

-Inspect overall property daily, ensuring all concerns are addressed

-Perform special projects as assigned by Service Manager

Maintenance Technician Qualifications Summary:

-Minimum two years residential maintenance experience

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Valid driver’s license

-HVAC experience a plus

-CFC Certification preferred

-Trade school training and certification preferred

-Flexibility for On Call Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
