As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and managing team performance. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and needs to have the experience and expertise necessary to develop, manage, and improve operational processes of firms with 8-figure gross revenues.
