Jones-Harrison Residence is Hiring a RN Education Near Minneapolis, MN

We're looking for a compassionate individual to join our clinical Leadership Team.

Monday through Friday week schedule

The Director of Quality, Education and Risk Management of Nursing Services will provide system wide leadership and responsibilities around the areas of Nursing Quality, Risk Management and Educational Services. This position will oversee and ensure the quality of nursing services. Responsible for quality statistical data and reporting. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Provides oversite and leadership as it relates to nursing services.
  • Oversee and ensures the quality of nursing services through monthly audits.
  • Creates quality indicators, statistical data and benchmarks.
  • Attends monthly QAPI meetings.
  • Oversees Education Policies and Procedures.
  • Oversees the facility’s Relias annual training.
  • Follows state and federal regulations.
  • Identifies opportunities and training needs.
  • Ensures the requirements for participation and competencies for all staff are being met.
  • Facilitates training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain staff proficiency and enhance quality of nursing services.

Candidates must meet the following position specifications:

  • At least three years prior experience in a nursing leadership role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of MN.
  • Prior experience writing and facilitating training courses required.
  • Minimum 3-5 year’s prior experience with quality improvement initiatives preferred
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
