Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00

BENEFITS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES In the event the Lead Teacher is absent, the Center Support Teacher will supervise classroom education staff and will be responsible for the day-to-day routine operation of the center as approved by the Education Services Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting with training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or in any field and course work equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education with experience teaching preschool age children, or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, with one year experience teaching preschool aged children and, one year of supervision (required by all of the above) or an AA degree with 24 credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a child-related area; and one year of child daycare teaching experience; and one year of experience supervising staff.
