Job Summary:
Works with Director of Billing and staff to oversee day to day operations of the Orthopedic Billing Department. Oversees accounts receivable team as well as the front-end supervisor and team(s). Assists in developing, implementing, and managing accounts receivable operations of the practice. Assists in operations related to payor contracts, fees, reimbursement, and collections.

• Must be able to organize and prioritize work

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses in a related field and 5 years medical billing experience. Requires supervisory experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years relevant experience in a supervisory/administrative capacity preferred. Certified Professional Coder and Billing Supervisor experience preferred.
Work Days:
M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
