```Duties```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage employee schedules, including payroll and timekeeping
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning to ensure profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Support sales management efforts by assisting with customer transactions and providing product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Budgeting experience and financial acumen
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
