Johnstown Monroe Local Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time High School Math Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Ohio Adolescent/Young Adult (grades 7-12) Math Teaching License
- Experience in meeting the needs of students of all abilities
- Positive experience collaborating with building principals, instructional staff, district administrators and public
- Knowledgeable in Social Emotional Learning/Mental Health Supports for students
- Knowledgeable in Ohio’s Learning Standards for Mathematics
- Knowledgeable in progress monitoring tools
- Experience in data collection
- Skilled in the use of computer technology
- Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with students, staff and parents
- Possess effective classroom management skills
- Self-Motivated
- Organized
