Intellectual property law firm seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Ft. Lauderdale office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with depositions and court proceedings
• Docket management and calendaring
• Assist with discovery including document productions and document management
• File through CM/ECF and other court filing platforms
• Draft various court documents
• Other miscellaneous litigation tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal required
• Prior experience in Intellectual Property recommended but not required
• Able to multitask, take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Compensation: Will be based on experience.
