Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our insurance agency is expanding and we are searching for a detail-oriented, personal office assistant. Main duties will be supporting our agents by greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the office, taking phone calls, checking emails, and directing customer inquiries. Job seekers should be an organized professional and bring positive energy to the office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails from customers promptly, screening and directing inquiries appropriately, taking messages as needed to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide basIc and accurate information concerning ID cards and payment dates in-person and via phone/email
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, distributing office mail, receiving payments on accounts
• Complete new prospect information sheets and distribute to an agent for quoting
• Adapt to team needs and assist with other projects as needed

Requirements:

Computer and data entry skills

High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
