Who you are:

As a Priority Partners Senior Program Manager, you provide the daily oversight and management of the Johns Hopkins Health Plans clinical programs. Your analytical brain is complemented by your ability to communicate (verbal and written) and collaborate with many business owners and cross functional teams. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allow you to effectively interact with various stakeholders. You’re both a highly effective thinker and a doer!

What you’ll do:

  • Provide oversight of individual programs or projects within a larger portfolio.
  • Assist with health equity and initiatives surrounding social determinants of health.
  • Analyze member and provider performance data on an ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as the key interface between vendors, providers, JHHP Shared Services, Quality Improvement dept., and the Priority Partners Managed Care Organization (PPMCO).
  • Work effectively to identify and meet the needs of the clients while continually addressing the requirements needs and protections for PPMCO.
  • Develop/ assist with development of comprehensive program/project action plan for identified opportunity to assist with growth and program development within an existing project or program.
  • Lead, facilitate, or support meetings and committees as appropriate.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years’ experience in a managed care or health plan environment
  • Experience analyzing claims data
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to compile, write and present high-quality oral and/or written presentations and reports to JHHP/JHM senior management, physician leadership, clients and oversight boards
  • Knowledge of current health care payment policies, practices, and environments preferred
