Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk:

Assists with billing and processing car deals
Assists with Accounts payable and Accounts receivable, inventory entry and reconciliations
Prepares deposits
Carries out all other Accounting Clerk duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements – Accounting Clerk:

Automotive Accounting experience required
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting principles
Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
Computer proficient and detailed oriented
Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
Good communication and customer service skills
Team player with positive attitude

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
