Job Summary:
We are seeking a Express Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles
- Adhere to dealership standards and procedures for quality workmanship
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Express Service Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repairs
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
