Job Title: Inventory/Warehouse Assistant

Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour

Hours: 7am-4pm

Status: Seasonal- Beginning of June through end of August

We're seeking the right person to assist our Inventory and Warehouse Manager. You'll help make sure our technicians and installers have the parts and materials they need to complete jobs as scheduled and promised. You'll create quotes for work and help coordinate details with our team and our customers. Responsibilities:

• Work with a dynamic team to support technicians and customer requests by quoting parts/labor for jobs
• Receive parts order requests
• Contact customers for pricing approval and schedule return visits for technician to complete jobs to customer satisfaction
• Obtain order confirmations and quotes from various vendors
• Maintain and reinforce vendor relations
• Purchase order management
• Order proper parts and/or material to successfully complete customer requested work
• Process and/or approve invoices for payment.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels of special orders
• Complete appropriate paperwork to track and ship merchandise per company procedure and/or vendor instruction
• Receive and verify parts, materials for stock or receive and process for jobs, projects, or calls
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Warranty processing when needed.
• Assisting with management of our shipping and receiving process.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• 2 years related experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical supply house and/or training preferred
• Service Titan knowledge preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills - you must be committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction, every time
• Team player attitude, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone and email.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. You're able to use a computer quickly and efficiently to complete necessary tasks.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to stay on task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in/knowledge of the HVAC, Electrical, and/or insulation industries preferred.
