ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are a family-owned residential heating, and air conditioning, electrical and Insulation contractor located in Rochester, New York. TASKS:

• Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass and spray foam insulation systems
• Identify any health and safety issues related to planned insulation projects.
• Perform air sealing measures
• Record materials used.
• Remove and dispose of old insulation.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes.
• Load and unload insulation material at warehouse and jobsite.
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate with office staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience installing blown-in cellulose and other types of insulation
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.
• Construction knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to learn to remove many types of siding, install roof vents, patch drywall, and other minor carpentry duties.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
