Job Summary :
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and guests of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests, directing them to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments.
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks, including basic filing and record keeping.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prior reception / phone experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
