University of Iowa Community Clinics (UICC) located in Coralville/Iowa City have openings supporting: Urology, OB-GYN, and Family Medicine Clinics. These teams are seeking to hire multiple patient-centered Medical Assistant II, to support our growing clinics.
The University of Iowa Community Clinics is seeking a patient centered 100% (40 hours a week) Medical Assistant II at UICC Urology, OB-GYN, and Family Medicine Clinics.
About Urology Clinics: Our experts provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment in the clinic setting as well as surgical interventions for all urologic system diseases and disorders. Summary:
Under direct supervision of LIP (licensed independent practitioner), RN (registered nurse), NM/ANM (nurse manager/assistant nurse manager) or other licensed designee, functions as a member of the patient care team. Performs technical, patient care and related clerical functions in the urgent care setting by coordinating all elements of the patient visit.

Percent of Time: 100% (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Variable hours completed Monday - Friday, standard hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call time.

Salary: $39,090.40 - $58,059.20 / Hourly: $18.65 to commensurate (based on years of experience)
