The Design Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of effective design project management services. The projects have a high level of complexity and can be high profile and have a greater impact on the operations of the institution. May be multi-phased with multiple contracts; project team may include staff from several disciplines and/or departments as well as specialty consultants. Project durations can be as 3-5 years.
This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
Duties to Include:
Location: University Services Building (USB)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
