About the role:

As a Managed Service Operations Analyst at FIS, you will manage trade clearance and allocations, working closely with various exchanges and clearing brokers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless financial operations process from front to back.

What you will be doing:

As a Managed Service Operations Analyst you will work with various exchanges and clearing brokers on trade clearance and allocations and communicate with other operational teams to resolve and settle margins and cash breaks. You will also start to form partnerships with sales, trading, CSR’s, and operations to ensure a smooth clearing process from front to back.

Handle trade clearance and allocation in coordination with exchanges and clearing brokersCommunicate and resolve issues related to margins and cash breaks with other operational teamsEstablish and maintain strong partnerships with sales, trading, customer service representatives, and operations to ensure a seamless clearing processPerform end-of-day checks to verify the accuracy of trade and position reportingDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external clientsCalculate profit and loss (PnL) and unrealized PnL to address trade and position discrepanciesGain a basic understanding of OTC cleared products and become acquainted with regulatory requirements concerning client margining and trade allocationsMonitor critical trading dates and lifecycle events to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsCoordinate and communicate on technical issues involving client services, trade management, IT, business change, and external clients to ensure strategic and robust trade flows

What you bring:

The ability to work 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, 4 days a week

Capability to multitask effectively, especially in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication skills, suitable for frequent client interactionsStrong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines
