Hiring Immediately! Field Sales Representative!
What are some of the Field Sales Representative responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with panelists in their homes.
Navigate various types of buildings and entrances to reach participants' residences.
Travel to selected homes within a designated territory using a company-provided vehicle.
Approach homes (with or without an appointment) to persuade residents to participate in Nielsen TV, Radio, and Computer Research.
What are the qualifications:
Enjoy meeting and interacting with people from all backgrounds.
Effectively communicate the importance of participating in Nielsen Ratings.
Bring relevant work or volunteer experience in customer service, market research, education, census bureau research, in-field research, hospitality, social service, door-to-door sales, campaign canvassing, etc.
Be available to work evenings and weekends.
Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED OR equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in using a tablet and smartphone, including email, spreadsheets, and other computer applications.
Hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Achieve individual performance metrics consistently.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to go outside, in all weather conditions, year-round and enter people's homes.
Navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, driveways, and different types of entrances into homes.
Interact with people for several hours in their homes, regardless of the location or condition of the home.
Physical Requirements:
Travel locally up to 50% of the time.
Drive for up to 8 hours per day.
Stand for up to 6 hours per day.
Kneel for up to 2 hours per day.
Ability to climb stairs.
Ability to walk half a mile.
Ability to work in all seasons and inclement weather.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

The starting salary range for this role is approximately $43,500, which may vary based on geographic location. The final compensation will depend on individual circumstances such as experience, training, certifications, and business requirements.
