Job Description:

PMA USA is looking for insurance sales representatives near you. No previous sales experience necessary. We provide extensive training and support from day one. Based on our history of success, we know that our best markets are those in rural America and small towns. We give you everything you need to hit the ground running and to ensure your success and we offer a $400 weekly stipend plus commission during your first six weeks ($2,400 total).

Benefits of being a PMA Agent:

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is a territory-based, outside sales role. You will service our current rural and urban customers (local farmers, ranchers, and small business owners).
  • Using company-sponsored leads, systems, and social media to identify and develop new avenues of business and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to travel in state overnight Monday–Thursday, using personal vehicle.
  • Limited travel options may be available in this area, using personal vehicle.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Driver’s License and personal vehicle
  • Comfortable communicating verbally
  • Ability to travel Monday – Thursday and work evenings
  • GED or High School Diploma

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
