Our Technicians provide TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. As a technician, we will train you to deliver a world-class customer experience, connecting and educating more Americans in every home you visit. You are the backbone of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service. Our dedication to customer experience has earned us the J.D. Power award for being #1 in Overall Customer Satisfaction for six consecutive years.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Guaranteed promotion with a $1.00 per hour pay increase after 6 months.
- Performance incentives with the potential to earn up to $6,400 in your first year and $9,100 each following year.
- Paid training, paid time off, and paid holidays.
- 4-day work week with opportunities for overtime.

What will you be doing?
As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes on a daily basis. Through our installations, you will simplify lives and consult homeowners on the possibilities of a smart home.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
All technicians must have:
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
- A valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard.
- Willingness to travel if required.
Salary Range
Compensation: $19.50/Hour
