We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on defense, aerospace, space, micro-electronics, electronics, manufacturing, and engineering. This is a high-level position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the engineering industry.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the defense, aerospace, space, micro-electronics, electronics, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the defense, aerospace, space, micro-electronics, electronics, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
