Looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager with a background in Ruby on Rails stack. This role will be about 70/30 management to hands-on responsibilities, managing a team of 4 Engineers. Focus will be on the B2C side of the product. Key skills/responsibilities include:
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Experience managing a small team of software engineers
- Strong Ruby on Rails skills with a focus on B2C products
- Experience with Golang is a plus
- Must have full-stack knowledge with the ability to guide and mentor front-end engineers
- Able to understand user workflows and translate Product design into sleek interactive experiences
- Experience working with marketing systems like Optimove, XtremePush, or Segment will be a plus
- Experience working with a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus
- Experience mentoring and teaching lower level Engineers
- AWS background
