Job Description:
We are seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, development, certification, and quality control of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Production quality control and inspection of manufactured fixtures
- Coordination of UL, CA Title 24, DLC, and Energy Star requirements with production
- Provide product technical support to customers
- Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule
- Ensure reliable operation of equipment
- Work with the Assembly team to organize production
- Develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Generate and manage new project ideas and development.
- Conduct market research to understand and address market needs.
- Test, analyze, and evaluate new and modified products, processes, and services to align with business objectives.
- Analyze processes to identify and implement more effective problem-solving approaches.
- Research, plan, and implement new programs and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lighting and LED lighting
- Familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting research, designing product solutions, and communicating findings.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Proven innovation and adaptability.
- Excellent analytical skills for researching and evaluating product design strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Highly Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent root cause analysis skills

Pay: $20-$35 /hr based on experience
