Job Details

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM Schedule(s) for projects within the vertical construction industry.
• Review project documents and specifications to create accurate baseline schedules encompassing all necessary dates, activities, and milestones.

-Update progress schedules regularly, providing comprehensive reporting and narratives.

• Manage and report on costs and resources, including progress payment application reporting.
• Identify and evaluate project schedule risks and impacts.
• Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, and stakeholders regarding project controls and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of project controls and CPM scheduling experience in vertical construction (e.g., high-rises, apartment buildings, airports, data centers).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; waiver possible with 5 years of direct vertical construction experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience developing construction schedules for projects exceeding $100M.
• Familiarity with government construction specifications (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA) preferred.
• Preferred certifications: PSP (AACEI) and PMI-SP (PMI).
• Full-time on-site presence required, with potential travel to construction sites within the region.
