Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team! Our company, a leading innovator in Communication and Collaboration technology delivering feature-rich Mission and Business Critical solutions to a wide range of vertical markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and deliver unique, customized cloud and on-premise solutions for our clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key technical advisor to our sales and product team.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively present our technology solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Respond to technical questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) or Proposals (RFPs) from customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand new features and updates and communicate these to customers effectively.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials, including product datasheets, white papers, and case studies.
  • Provide technical training to the sales team and customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Effectively present technology and solution business value leveraging on success stories and relevant use cases.
  • Strong technical background in IT , Cloud solutions (Telecommunication background is a plus) specifically designing technology solutions for businesses on virtual and cloud infrastructure.
  • Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel with working knowledge of MS Visio or similar tool.
  • Experience with RFI/RFP process , effective and timely response elaboration.
  • Self-starter with excellent technical and business problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team along with a passion for learning autonomously.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers , integrators and technology partners.
  • Must be able to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events within the Americas.
