Reporting to the CTO, the Principal Data Scientist role will be responsible for building best-in-class Data science & AI capabilities to advance the organization's product and program offerings - building predictive and advanced algorithms for medication risk management, behavioral change and program outreach optimization using latest algorithms, development & testing methods and modern cloud-based automation and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities also include development of next gen visualization capabilities.
2 years experience with Healthcare payer claims data
5 years of experience in Python programming language.
3 years of SQL programming experience.
2 year experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a cloud-based environment is required (Azure, AWS preferred).
1 years experience implementing and fine tuning LLMs strongly preferred
1 years of experience with NLP, especially with EMR data
MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar areas of academic training is required.
Solid foundation in applied mathematics, such as: statistics, linear algebra, optimization.
