Job Details

We are looking for a strong leader to take on a lead / supervisory role within our Machine Shop. This individual will be in charge of overseeing 15-20 machine operators & programmers on the 1st shift.

We are ideally searching for :

• 7 years of CNC machining and programming backgrounds, including some sort of leadership roles & duties
• Ideally experienced with both Mills & Lathes (Mori Seiki & Haas preferred)
• Understanding of CNC programming
• Good leadership and communication skills
