Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process of our digital products from conception to completion. You will be working closely with our product managers and engineers to deliver products that not only meet our business goals but also provide an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the entire product design process from concept, research, interaction design, and visual design.
2. Use your expertise in Atomic Design to develop design systems and standards that can be consistently applied across our products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital experiences.
4. Apply your experience in workflow type product design to create intuitive and efficient user flows.
5. Oversee the creation of engaging UI designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
6. Utilize your UX design skills to optimize the user journey and ensure our products are user-friendly and intuitive to use.
7. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on design solutions.
8. Use your experience with SaaS products to influence design decisions and contribute to strategic discussions.
9. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product design role.
3. Proven experience with Atomic Design and workflow type product design.
4. Strong UI and UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
5. Experience designing SaaS products is a must.
6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
8. Up-to-date with the latest product design trends, techniques, and technologies.
9. Experience using tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and feedback to stakeholders.
11. Experience leading a team of designers is a plus.
