Job Details
-

• Ensure complete and timely payment of all invoices
• Supervise the AP administrator role and oversee the shared service team
• Liaise with accounting staff, controller, and all functions of the company to ensure timely payments
• Utilize SAP to process accounts payable payments and drive process improvements
• Apply cash for the company's accounts receivable balances and process 1099s at year-end
• Manage tight deadlines and multiple accounting activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Oversee and conduct cross-training of direct reports and assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflow
• Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10% depending on business needs.

You should know some of the following:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• GAAP
• SAP
• Excel
• Manufacturing Experience
