We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Director to join our team in the Engineering industry. As the IT Manager/Director, you will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the company's IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in imaging, SCCM, Windows, voip, 8x8, troubleshooting, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, ERP, NetSuite, Cisco, negotiations, managing help desk, and vendor management.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Ensure that the company's IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the business.
• Manage the help desk and ensure that all IT issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure that the company's IT systems are secure and protected from external threats.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure that all IT projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT management or related field.
• Extensive experience in imaging, SCCM, Windows, voip, 8x8, troubleshooting, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, ERP, NetSuite, Cisco, negotiations, managing help desk, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
